 The Village Concierge creates the ultimate service and style,
bringing the St Ives Shopping Village to your door!
Assisting customers within the St Ives
Shopping Village with day to day requests and assistance, the
Village Concierge team will create, design and assist in an array
of unique services, exclusive to the Village. Delivering flowers,
creating a last minute dinner party or picking up and shopping
for the week’s
groceries, they do it all!
Services include: catering, corporate events,
delivery service, event coordination, grocery and gift shopping,
home dining and entertaining,
ticketmaster services.
Winter Shopping Service and Delivery
Winter Days, cold nights, just don’t feel like tackling the Supermarkets or Market Room Fresh Food, one call and the Village Concierge team can do it al!
Shopping has never been so easy, just call David, Ben Callum or Chris, they will take you shopping order via email or telephone, helping you with brands and product.
Then they will actually do your shopping which is their speciality, and delivering it all the same day, beautifully packed in baskets to your door and help you put away if required!
Winter Special
For the months of June, July and August the Winter Special for this service if $35.00 including delivery and shopping, inclusive of 10% gst.

Free
Carparking
Available 7 days a week in our undercover 3-hour customer car
parks. All undercover car parks close at 9.00pm daily. Open-air
parking is also available at St Ives Shopping Village, please
note that this is patrolled by Council Rangers and has variable
time limits throughout the area.

Available at all major entrances; wheelchair friendly restrooms
are located throughout the centre; free wheelchair hire is available
at Centre Management or via the Village Concierge.

Located near the restrooms on Level 1 adjacent to Sorrento, on
Level 2 near Centre Management and at the rear of the Market

Taxi and NRMA Waiting
Room
Call the taxi company direct via our free phone service, on Level
2 next door to the NAB. NRMA collects all St Ives Shopping Village
customers from this point for service calls.

Australia Bank, ANZ, St George, Bendigo Bank and Bank of Queensland.
Additional Westpac and Commonwealth Bank ATMs located near Woolworth’s

Ives Village Birthday Club
A great way for children to find out about the latest entertainment
and activities in the Village. The club is FREE to all children
from 0-12 years.
Each new member receives a Certificate of
Membership. Your membership means that you receive a personal
invitation to school holiday entertainment activities, workshops,
special offers and shows throughout the year. You will also receive
a Birthday card, a $5 St Ives Shopping Village voucher and other
special “gifts” for
your Birthday.
