A Golden Summer Season Gala Launch

Starting Friday 10 September, 11am – 2pm in the Market Room
Join us for an interactive cooking event in the Market Room for delightful tastings and great tips on how to make family favourites and learn some new tricks of the trade! In September we will show you how to best roast and use succulent Spring Lamb. The Sessions will include ideas for what to eat with lamb and a great dessert.

In October (Friday 8th) we will show you how create pasta sensations with new twists on old favourites. Recipes will be published in the October edition of Village Life.

To celebrate our 50th Anniversary St Ives Village will give away $50,000 in gift vouchers from the centre from October 3 to November 21. Throughout this 50 day period, we will have daily (2pm) draws with the lucky winner scoring $1,000 in gift vouchers.

Simply spend $50 in a single purchase on gifts, homewares, fashion or specialist food; or $100 in a single purchase from Supermarkets, Vintage Cellars and Harris Farm Markets. Valid vouchers to be presented to our hostess at the entry stand on the upper level from
